Product Quality & Descriptions We strive to provide accurate descriptions and high-quality images of our organic products. Because our products are natural (such as dates, pure honey, and cold-pressed oils), slight variations in color, texture, and crystallization may occur. These natural variations do not constitute a defect.
Right of Refusal We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or deny returns to any individual who violates our store policies. As stated in our Returns Policy, if an item is brought back but the reason for the return is unacceptable, frivolous, or the item has been tampered with, the return request will be denied immediately.
Pricing & Availability All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR). Prices and stock availability (including seasonal harvest items) are subject to change without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.

At Abu Yusuf Dates Market, we take pride in the premium quality of our organic dates, honey, oils, and specialty products. To ensure the health and safety of all our customers and maintain the integrity of our organic goods, we have established a strict return protocol.
All returns must be initiated within 10 DAYS of purchase, accompanied by the ORIGINAL RECEIPT, and the items must remain SEALED in their original packaging.
Conditions for Returns or Exchanges
- Timeframe: Products must be returned to our store within ten (10) days from the original date of purchase.
- Condition: For health and hygiene reasons, products must be entirely unopened, unused, and with all original manufacturer seals completely intact. Open products cannot be returned under any circumstances.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid physical till slip, digital receipt, or invoice order number is strictly required to process any return.
- Reason for Return: You must provide a valid and clear reason for returning the product. If the reason for the return is deemed unacceptable or falls outside of valid consumer protection guidelines, we reserve the right to refuse the return entirely.
Refund Options If your return meets all the criteria outlined above and is approved by our management team, you will be offered the following resolutions:
- Cash Return: A full cash refund (or refund to the original payment method used) for the purchase price of the item.
- Exchange: You may exchange the item for another product of equal value in our store.
